From Burnout to Phoenix
... She soon noticed how differently cities, and even neighborhoods within the same city, develop. In certain residential areas, she observed the noticeably precarious living conditions of many people.
To promote social stability locally, she tirelessly engaged in numerous initiatives, yet the needs were almost impossible to meet. These circumstances, along with the extended demands of her work well beyond a standard workweek, eventually led to personal burnout.
Out of this experience grew her desire to cultivate inner strength and skills to face daily challenges in both her personal and professional life with calmness and clarity. This marked the beginning of her journey into the daoist energy arts, which she initially explored through meditation, Daoyin Qigong, and daoist alchemy.
Her fascination with the comprehensive concept of Qi extended far beyond the personal realm. She continued her studies in Feng Shui and began exploring the principles of energy flow on the macro, meso, and micro levels, applying them both in urban environments and individual living spaces.
To further deepen her understanding, she spent extended periods in Taiwan with her master, Dr. Alejandro Peñataro, who taught her over the years both digitally from Taiwan and in person during his visits to Europe. Dr. Peñataro became the first European to be initiated into the Maoshan lineage—a centuries-old tradition of Chinese life sciences. While in Taiwan, she also attended the Qigong school of Master Wang from the Daoist Huato lineage and was introduced to additional teachings of daoist life sciences, inspiring her to engage deeply with these philosophies.
She studied Qi Men Dun Jia 奇門遁甲, an advanced method of strategy and decision-making that dates back to imperial China, which proved invaluable in her project management work. Additionally, she studied Mingli 命理, the art of life structure, also known as Chinese astrology, as well as Fa Qi Men 法奇門, a daoist method for providing energetic support to people and transforming situations.
